IMJ Photography, Gainesville Florida wedding photographers, photograph traditional and beach weddings throughout the state of Florida. Intimate coverage for those not having a reception is also available. Locations include Gainesville, Ocala, Jacksonville, Orange Park, Orlando, High Springs, Tampa, Daytona, and Tallahassee to name a few. IMJ is located in Gainesville Florida, but is available to photograph weddings, engagements and portrait sessions throughout Northern and Central Florida. Within Gainesville, IMJ has photographed at the Baughman Center (Lake Alice), the Gainesville Hilton, the Ocala Hilton, the Thomas Center, Sweetwater Branch Inn, Magnolia Plantation, the Herlong Mansion, Savannah Grande, Kanapaha Botanical Gardens, and numerous churches throughout the city. IMJ Photography was started by Monica and Jacob. Monica was born in Miami and raised in Gainesville. Monica graduated from the University of Florida with honors. Monica studied photojournalism, business and marketing. While in school, Monica worked for the Independent Florida Alligator as a photojournalist. Jacob was born in Jensen Beach and raised in Gainesville. Jacob graduated with a degree in graphic design with honors. Jacob worked as a commercial photographer for his college years. IMJ Photography is not limited to wedding photography, they also offer portraits for seniors, families, infants, children, and pets. Photographs from both weddings and portrait sessions are presented in color, black and white, or infrared. There is a good mix of color and black and white photographs from all sessions/weddings. Bridal sessions are also offered for those wanting to do a "test run" of their wedding dress, hair, flowers and other wedding attire. We are proud to announce our blog!
