Amy & Cam: The Wedding of the Century!

Cam arrived at Golden Ocala country club in his “Wedding of the Century” t-shirt and with a gallon of Chick-fil-A sweet tea in hand. Cam was prepared! The weather was pretty much up in the air all morning, but right after the ceremony it poured. We were able to get in the family formals, but luckily Cam & Amy had an early ending to their reception @ 5pm, so we got to do more couple’s portraits after the reception. Amy and Cam had a traditional ceremony with a fun, game filled reception. They played the Newlywed game (see photos below) and that was a huge hit. I will post more information about their vendors later, but for now, it’s onto the photos!

This was during the newlywed game. The question was describe your wife’s proportions if she were a float.

Also during the newlywed game, when asked what’s the worst thing about your wife, Cam said Amy’s dad! :)

First dance.

My favorite from the whole day.

Congrats Amy & Cam! We hope you enjoy the sneak peak and can’t wait to show you the rest! :)

Sarah & Drew!

Sarah and Drew were married this spring at Kanapaha Botanical Gardens. Their day had some rain so while it was originally scheduled to be at the wedding oak, it was moved inside the Summer House. It was amazing how fast all the vendors came together to get everything moved inside and Dan’s Floral Events really made the inside pop with color. Sarah and Drew had a traditional Jewish ceremony and they got married under a beautiful chuppah. Prior to the ceremony, they signed the ketubah which had an oak tree design.

Here are a few images from their day. It was really hard to pick only a handful since they had such a great party and family. We really enjoyed everyone there and and were honored to be a part of Sarah and Drew’s wedding day!

Details of Sarah’s pearls and her veil.

Finishing touches…

Loved the boutonniere from Dan’s Floral Events. It was so unique and fresh.

Drew’s suit was from J Crew.

The personalized yamikas.

Love this image of Drew & Sarah during the ketubah signing.

This next series is so cute. I think it finally hit Sarah she was getting married :) Everyone was emotional after this moment!

Cake topper. Drew and Sarah live in Brooklyn.

The guests found their table by taking their name here.

Sarah & Greg: Day After in Alachua

Sarah and Greg met up with us early one morning for a day after session. We headed to downtown Alachua and eventually ended up in a laundrymat by our house! These images were so fun to create since Sarah and Greg are up for anything that will produce a great image. Sarah got back in her dress and Greg went a little more casual. So for anyone thinking about a day after session, you don’t have to get another tux. A nice suit or outfit works too!

Amy & Brian +3

Amy and Brian have a beautiful family with 3 children: Cory, Cody and Crissy. I met them out at their place in Newberry. They have a ton of land, lovely old fashioned fences, huge oak trees…absolutely gorgeous location. And of course, Brian took this time to have them photographed on their new Harley.

Here are just a couple from their session. I can’t wait to come out again and see how the family has changed!

Our 5th Anniversary is today!

Jacob and I have been married 5 years today. I looked on google to see what kind of gift I should be buying and it said silverware or wood. Hmmmm….

I have posted below some pictures our friends took of us on our actual wedding day. We look so different. These past 5 years have really flown by and I couldn’t imagine my life without Jacob. Maybe by year 10 we’ll renew our vows but for this year we are going to our favorite bbq place and relaxing. Since it’s wedding season right now, we can’t go away but when things slow down in the summer we’ll be celebrating and relaxing someplace cool I hope!

These were scanned so they aren’t the best quality but you get the idea! :)

My dad walking me down the aisle. We got married at Sweetwater here in town.

This was during our formal time with Jacob’s grandparents.

Love you babe!
